Henry Ebarb

Founder / CEO

Henry follows a prime directive when it comes to business - get the task at hand accomplished and move on to the next item. Preferring simplicity and structure, he has avoided the pitfalls of other entrepreneurs. Ideas are great, but fail without capable execution. We don't set the holy grail of ideas up at the expense of usability.

Steven Kreschollek

Co-Founder / CTO

Born with a passion for technology, Steven immediately began life picking apart everything he could get his hands on. From a cursory glance, it appears he's still doing that.

Jess Ebarb

Creative Director

Jordan Craft

Product Manager

In her search to find an industry niche that contained the widest array of creative outlets, Jordan landed in the world of digital media and marketing.

With a business degree from Chapman University and a deep appreciation for the synergy of visual design and logic-based strategy inherent in user interface and user experience, she has been continually compelled to bring ideas to life.

She thrives on the process of developing app and website concepts and turning them into fully functioning, engaging products. When she’s not frying her eyes from staring at her computer screen, she enjoys spending time outdoors: hiking, camping, playing tennis/golf, and enjoying all that the great state of Arizona has to offer.

Zara Glidden

Content Director

Zara helps brands discover and tell their stories to the audiences that need to hear them. She's passionate about content that speaks the language of search engines, connects with real people, and brings tangible value to businesses.

Joshua Lutz

Content Specialist

While attending The Master’s University Josh enrolled in a copywriting course and dropped it after the first day to take video editing 101. He now works as a copywriter and SEO analyst. He’s just as shocked as you are.

Josh is that guy who you ask for board game recommendations and accidentally scares you away from boardgames all together because he sends you a spreadsheet with way too much data. Like dude, I just want to know if Twilight Imperium is for me (it’s not).

Special talent: Can put his baby in a sleep sack while she sleeps without waking her.

Nathan Aleshire

Content Specialist

Nate is a coastal Virginia native who has spent the last decade working in construction, sales, and even government roles before finally discovering his calling as a content writer for Eightfold. Although he originally attended Radford University for Computer Science, he enjoys the creativity and versatility that writing has to offer.

When he isn’t developing wireframes or creating SEO content for websites, Nate can be found playing old Blink-182 songs on his guitar, declaring victory at the top of videogame leaderboards, or chasing after his dog to recover the sock he stole.

Paula Valenzuela

UX/UI Designer

A designer who traded coding for creativity and didn't look back. With a background in IT and a flair for marketing, Paula takes pride in bringing products to life and making them both functional and visually outstanding. A team player at heart (with the group chat receipts to prove it), she thrives on building connections and collaborating on creative solutions.

When Paula isn't designing, she's busy drinking entirely too much coffee, crocheting masterpieces, binge watching shows, or playing design fairy godparent to friends and family—all in a day’s work for someone who believes everything should look as cool as it works.

Tyler Tubbs

Sr. Webflow Developer

Despite being a Webflow developer for many years now, his path here wasn’t exactly straightforward. Studying audio engineering and spending five years behind a console before transferring to an art school in Germany. After that, he shifted gears to work with refugees in Lebanon, an experience that shaped him in many ways. Eventually joining Eightfold as a designer and quickly shifting focus to the development team.

When Tyler isn’t at his desk he’s either playing games, creating something or walking around one of Florida’s many lakes.

Mike Bush

Sr. Full-Stack Developer

Alex Rhine

Full Stack Developer

Alex joined Eightfold as an intern in 2020 and worked his way up to full-stack developer. Alex enjoys connecting the dots across the stack. When he’s not coding, he’s usually playing guitar or exploring new video games.
